PCA's New SmileBack Feature

PCA Technology Solutions has implemented a new feature for our clients when needing service desk assistance. It is our SmileBack survey.
Once a service ticket is closed and the client’s issues are resolved, they will be receiving a quick SmileBack survey. The survey is intended to rate their customer service experience in one simple click. Clients choose between a smile, a frown, or indifferent face, with optional feature to leave further comments as needed.
Our hope is that this feature will allow us to up the game in delivering #WorldClassIT by knowing exactly when to celebrate and when to improve. We value the opinions of our clients and encourage all to SmileBack!
