PCA to Speak at "Shell on the Border" Conference

PCA Technology Solutions to Speak at “Shell on the Border” Hacker Conference

We’re proud to announce that one of our very own, Blake Townsend, will be among only six other guest speakers to present at the 2019 “Shell on the Border” hacker conference, August 23 – 24, 2019. Blake’s presentation will focus on modern Active Directory attacks with an emphasis on “living off the land” and staying “undetected.”

The two-day event will take place in Fort Smith, Arkansas, where guests will attend technical talks, participate in a “capture the flag” (CTF) contest (a special kind of cybersecurity competition), and celebrate at an after-party.

Conferences like this one allow our staff members to share their knowledge and experience with fellow industry insiders while allowing them to learn and grow in new ways that help the entire PCA team better serve our clients.

About Blake Townsend

A PCA employee for two years, Blake is a Penetration Tester and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH). Before his career with PCA, Blake served as a Penetration Tester for a Fortune 500 Financial Tech Company. In addition to earning his certification in Advanced Infrastructure Hacking, Blake’s other accolades include:

  • Co-Founder of Central Arkansas Hackers
  • Keynote speaker at Arkansas Realty Conference
  • Speaker at Arkansas Banking Conference
