PCA Launches Connect2Help for Improved Customer Support
PCA Technology Solutions is excited to announce the launch of Connect2Help, a new tool that makes it easier than ever for our clients to get help when they need it, to determine Internet speed, and more. The deployment of Connect2Help is part of PCA’s mission to provide our clients with the best customer care.
Rolling out May 30 and 31, the Connect2Help tray tool is a deployable .MSI file that provides useful information to our clients, including the device IP, login server, logged-in user account, and Agent status. It also allows our clients to contact the PCA Technology Solutions support team, access web portals, and run common system commands.
Included with this tool is service which monitors each customer’s devices, generates e-mail alerts and PSA tickets, and enables technicians to view the status of devices and troubleshoot errors.
The Connect2Help tray tool will be available for all of our IT Assurance clients as it rolls out May 30-31, 2019.
